While scientific and technological advancement benefited free and authoritarian camps in the past, the approach of the free world is to develop structures that intrinsically allow new scientific/technological advancement solely to benefit the free world. This means that authoritarian camps cannot use those tools or they should make changes to their approaches. This is not a bomb anyone can use. If different countries want to benefit from it they should change their approaches.
The advertisement strategy for the first phase of this platform is to initiate scientifically interesting research in this platform. So researchers collaborate on those research topics and consequently use the platform.
It was said before that some of those articles will be used for the development of the next phases, for example, the structure of the data set and complex problem-solving using ideas from statistical mechanics.
UPDATE 1:
The contract for the development of version one of the platform was signed and the development has started.
It will take around 4 months. Meanwhile, I’ll contact researchers and discuss different research topics with them. So when the platform is ready, researchers can work on those articles.
It’s a good idea to publish some articles about it in different newspapers too.
