W22 – 25 Dec 2023 – Diary

Netanyahu’s next move had been predicted weeks ago. I wrote some time ago that since Netanyahu knew he would be done after the war, he would certainly push for a long-term war. So nothing new from Netanyahu’s camp.

2024 is a politically special year. US and UK elections will be held in the same year, providing an opportunity for the green parties around the world to show one of the main distinctive properties of the Green: The collaboration of green parties around the world in joint projects and campaigns.

The main idea is to establish a countertactic for the influence of money and lobbying in elections. This was explained briefly a few days ago. I will email a strategist in the UK Green Party and explain that in detail. This requires close collaborations between green parties in the UK and the US.

It was very generous that hardliners offered to collaborate in the project of mass evacuation of Palestinians by simply “issuing a statement”. But green parties will have a response to the conventional way of politics.

W21 – 24 Dec 2023 – Platform

To make sure a structure will not turn against its foundational values and principles, those values should be placed at the very basis of the structure so any deviation from those values will make the entire structure crumble. When the interest of a large group of people is built on top of certain principles, changing those principles will involve combating against the interest of the entire community. This means a portion of the community cannot alter the structure for their own benefit because that’s against the interest of the community as a whole.

When A and B make a deal, A or B might be tempted to modify the deal for their advantage. But if C, D, E, etc are also beneficiaries then A or B are not the only persons who will be affected by changing the deal.

Designing a structure based on such a foundation (or constitution) protected by the structure itself is the main task to overcome. When blocks are placed on top of each other removing the block at the bottom will break the entire structure. Breaking the structure should involve destroying the interests of various groups of people with different interests.

W21 – 24 Dec 2023 – UPDATE 1 – Diary

Elon Musk may be the symbol of centralization. That is not only because of the accumulation of wealth, but also his style of management and his ideology. In the transition phase from centralization to decentralization, it will be better to minimize the conflict between these two viewpoints as much as possible. I don’t know what Musk’s response to this project will be, but it’s beneficial if he considers Kushner’s experience and approach while Trump was in charge. Kushner ignored the most basic principles of negotiation. When two sides are involved you can’t ignore one side entirely. Of course, his side would be so happy to see such a one-sided deal. The issue is deals are to be implemented and Kushner apparently forgot that. You’re not there to make your side happy, you are there to solve the issue and trade-off is central here. I hope Musk doesn’t want to redo what Kushner did. Whatever Musk’s approach will be, the main question is what he is willing to offer to the other side. If he prefers Kushner’s approach then he can be entirely ignored as he will not make any difference in the conflict at all.

W21 – 23 Dec 2023 – UPDATE 1 – Diary

Netanyahu cannot openly admit two things: A) he and his allies aim to entirely remove Palestinians from their land by mass killings and other tactics because that’s genocide and B) they oppose international initiatives that aim to block military actions against Israel, because that would be contradictive. Those initiatives are really bad for the far-right but they can’t admit it.

If people a hardliner becomes president in the next election, there will be more hurdles for the international initiative, that’s bad for Americans because this is a turning point and if they decide to minimise the US involvement in that, the next US generations will hurt. Far-right is always bad, during turning points, it is far worse.

But this doesn’t mean hardliners (if they win the election) can entirely block the US involvement in the project. I’ve always criticized win-all or lose-all types of elections. This makes the political systems unstable because after 4 years or so the country might completely reverse its path, but in a more collision type of election the change in direction is smoother and therefore the political trajectory is more stable.

If a hardliner wins, the portion of Americans who oppose blocking the US involvement in the project will indeed be included in the project. So for the sake of this project, the US election will not be win-all or lose-all.

UPDATE 1:

“1 $=1 vote” summarizes the influence of money and lobbying in politics. Obviously, this is a negative phenomenon and any attempt to minimize that should be welcomed. One method is participation in socially beneficial activities. For example, since sustainable peace between Israel and Palestine is intentionally placed at the foundation level of the project mentioned earlier, any violence or any activity that aims to undermine the peace from either side will oppose the foundation of the project. Be it an individual’s violence or generous donations to support a specific cause or whatever. If the project is proven to be beneficial the cost of blocking the peace process will be increased.

This idea can be expanded to other fields such as environmental activism.

W21 – 22 Dec 2023 – Diary

It was already clear but Nikki Haley clarified the intention of flattening Gaza. Phase one is to make Gaza unlivable and phase two is to push Palestinians out of Gaza. Hamas is simply a distraction for this plan. This plan however has a big flaw. It requires the collaboration of opponents. It requires that Egypt, Qatar, Turkey and Iran let Palestinians into their countries and offer Gaza to Israeli settlers. This is as if in an election the strategists for the ruling party came up with a brilliant plan: If the opposition endorses us, we will win, no doubt.

The issue is that the opposition might be reluctant to do so. The plan for Palestine is to make it an international hub (something like Dubai) with a new type of economic structure based on private international investment. Citizens of Egypt, Qatar, Turkey, Iran, Saudi Arabia and other countries will earn a profit (real money) by trying to establish Palestine as an international hub, so why should these countries spend money (and let Palestinians enter their countries) to offer such a gift to Netanyahu? It’s far more beneficial for them to build refugee camps inside Gaza while Gaza is reconstructed.

W21 – 20 Dec 2023 – UPDATE 6 – Diary

This will be a micro-investment project. People around the world shouldn’t view Palestinians as people who need charities but as work partners. Then when something happens to Palestinians again, the world will not consider it another misfortunate incident to poor people, but a disastrous happening to co-workers.

So the project will be modified a bit. People worldwide (including Israelis) will invest in this platform, not giving money to a charity.

UPDATE 1:

There should be people with different viewpoints in the team. So there should be people with female perspectives as well.

UPDATE 2:

Donors normally don’t search among people to donate, but investors do so and search among potential profitable investments. Now that Gaza should be rebuilt entirely, there are a vast amount of opportunities for profitable investments in the long term. This is a two-way road: global investment in Gaza and Palestine protects Palestinians from future random bombings and killings, and also this will prevent Palestinians from extremism. Because there is a more profitable alternative that brings hope to their country. So it stops extremism in Israel and Palestine.

UPDATE 3:

There have been several micro-lending programs around the world. This one should be a bit different. First of all, investors don’t simply lend money. They provide guidance and technical and financial support for that particular project. Then when people who receive funds want to repay their bills they pay them to a type of financial reserve fund which will be invested back into connected projects. So when people are paying their bills they are in some ways providing funds for the projects that will eventually impact their businesses. A portion of that money will be collectable by investors.

UPDATE 4:

So projects should be grouped in the form of blocks or project networks, each linked to a financial reserve fund. Each network is roughly a type of production chain.

UPDATE 5:

It had been said in the past that this is not a battle where two sides fight to defeat each other, instead, this is a battle to overcome hurdles for collaboration. People such as Elon Musk who have done lots of positive things to the world should be urged to put aside superstition and be on the right side of the battle.

UPDATE 6:

A wise person analyzes their opponent’s moves and looks for opportunities to score. The worst attitude is to keep attacking with the same tactics over and over. In a dynamic environment, players should change tactics, and find new frontiers to score. For example, cyber-attacks nowadays can be as damaging as a military attack. This is a new frontier that governments take advantage of.

Iran’s support of Palestinians is purely ideological. It’s not for economic profit that they spend so much for this cause. If they really want to protect Palestinians, the military frontier is the worst place to emphasize. Instead, they can facilitate global private investments in Palestine so that the global community protects Palestinians (i.e. their own investments). This is much less costly (in fact it is profitable) and much more effective.

W21 – 19 Dec 2023 – UPDATE 1 – Diary

I’ll contact Ms Hastings, UN Deputy Special Coordinator in Palestine. The main idea is that charities should be based on novel approaches and technologies to support the cause. Letting people know of available charitable works is not sufficient. The cause as well as the mechanisms and ideas deployed convenience people to join a program. Especially this approach is particularly important in Israel.

This should be a politically neutral approach supporting people on all sides who try to establish sustainable peace.

UPDATE 1:

I sent the email today and explained that the collaboration of all parties is necessary for this platform. This project in some ways is linked with other projects submitted to Cambridge Start.

W21 – 18 Dec 2023 – UPDATE 5 – Diary

Israel’s next move is threatening to expand the war to Lebanon. While the random bombing of Gaza is aligned with Netanyahu’s intention of making Gaza unlivable, it warns the world that any new war Israel starts will lead to a new humanitarian crisis. Netanyahu’s strategy is a double-edged sword. It inevitably puts pressure on Israel. You can randomly kill people, but you can’t do it forever.

If Israel plans to attack Lebanon and make another Gaza, I think I should go to Lebanon and stay on the front line so that Israel can easily kill me. They want this, I make things easier for them.

Israel should eventually realize it cannot break international laws for decades and expects sustainable peace.

UPDATE 1:

Travelling to Gaza is difficult. But I’ll try to find a way. I’ll contact humanitarian organizations to join them as an independent aid worker.

UPDATE 2:

Sent an email to Layla Moran MP, asking her to link me to humanitarian organizations to be sent to Gaza. I hope things are organized within a few days.

UPDATE 3:

It’s always more effective from a humanitarian aid point of view to address individuals rather than a nation or a large group of people. If a policy has a negative impact on a community, it’s always a better approach to highlight an example of a person who was impacted by that policy. Moran did it yesterday in the parliament.

International humanitarian aid to people in Gaza should be based on this approach. A large database of people impacted by the conflict should be gathered and individuals around the world donate to specific people.

There will be block zones. Imagine someone living in the UK or Peru or somewhere who donates to a person in Gaza. That person might live in block A. Then the donation goes to the wallet for block A. The aid will then be distributed to people living in block A.

This requires a big dataset. I should go there to gather the dataset. This should be a UNRWA project. I’ll work on the presentation today and send it to Moran so she can link me to UNRWA.

UPDATE 4:

It would be nice if Elon Musk considered donating to this cause since he expressed his interest in the economic growth of people in Gaza.

UPDATE 5:

To diversify things, I sent an email to Dominic Raab and then will contact someone in the Guardian.

Submitted four connected projects to Cambridge’s Founders scheme. Submissions are now accessible at https://oopmath.com/projects/ .

UPDATE 1:

If Iran decides to arrest me, they should plan a long-term relationship with Israel to fix the issue together because the problem will not be gone overnight. They should sign a contract about which side does what in the long term.

UPDATE 2:

If Iran arrests me, they will become the symbol of blocking green advancements. They shouldn’t be naive. They should get good long-term advantages in return.

W20 – 16 Dec 2023 – Diary

Interesting. Some days ago Iran’s foreign minister said Iran and Israel had something in common. Then Israel’s ambassador to the UK responded sure they shared common things, and today Iran sent a friendship signal to Israel by executing someone who was said to be an Israeli spy. I’m happy Israel and Iran found common things. If Iran gives such a gift to Israel sure they expect something generous in return.

The first step should be to develop the programming method. There is a 50-50 chance I will end up in prison. When I returned I thought there was around a 50-50 chance I would be arrested, now I think it’s a bit higher.

Anyway, the structure is fractal, I tried to explain it in the applications I submitted. Tomorrow I’ll submit the last one.
